Fabulous Felting Monday 3rd,10th,17th & 24th September

A chance to create colourful pictures, cushion covers or scarves. Using wet and needling techniques and embel-lishing with hand and machine stitching.

Exciting Enamelling Monday 1st, 8th, 15th & 22nd October

Explore embedding, sgraffito and decorative inlay techniques to create beautiful tiles, bowls and jewellery by fus-ing enamel powders onto copper.

Decorative Glass Monday 29th Oct, 5th, 12th & 19th November

Use glass paints, foiling and engraving techniques to build decorative glass pictures.

Pewter Casting Monday 26th Nov, 3rd, 10th & 17th December

Carve plaster of Paris moulds to pour in your molten pewter for casting into jewellery,

hangings and Christmas decorations.

Carers Course Xmas Craft day and Celebration Friday 21st December

A chance for all carers to make Xmas crafts and share a celebration lunch together.

Designing with Colour Monday 7,14,21,28th January & Friday 1st February

Following on from last years Design with Line module this course is intended to give students the chance to fur-ther develop their knowledge of design with different techniques to use colour inventively.

Printing Techniques Monday 4th, 11th, 18th & 25th February

We will explore different printing techniques such as mono-printing, intaglio and

collographs to create cards, wrapping paper, book covers and art prints.

Herbs and Health Monday 4th, 11th, 18th & 25th March

Learn how to make simple tea infusions, herbal tonics, vinegars and infused oils. Forage for medicinal and culinary plants and relax your body with tai chi and shiatsu exercises.

End of year carers courses Exhibition and Celebration day. Friday 29th March

Open to all carers. A chance to show off and celebrate your work from all the courses.

All sessions run from 10am to 2pm in the brick barn located in the beautiful wood-land Wyldwoods setting and are free to carers with lunch provided.
